INGREDIENTS:
- Pasta 3 cups
- Water 3 cups
- Cucumber 2 chopped
- Capsicum 2 chopped
- Pomegranate 2
- Mangoes 4 chopped
- Apples 2 sliced
- Curd 1 cup
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper 3 tsp
- Mint 2 tsp chopped
METHOD:
- Take a bowl add curd , mayonnaise , salt & pepper. Boil the pasta in water and 1 tsp oil , strain it and add to the curd mixture.
- Next add all the veggies and fruits to it.
- Garnish it with fresh mint leaves and REFRIGERATE for 4-5 hours.
Serve chilled.
