HEALTHY PASTA SALAD

                   INGREDIENTS:


  • Pasta    3 cups
  • Water   3 cups
  • Cucumber 2 chopped
  • Capsicum 2 chopped
  • Pomegranate 2 
  • Mangoes 4 chopped
  • Apples    2 sliced
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper 3 tsp
  • Mint 2 tsp chopped

METHOD:

 

  • Take a bowl add curd , mayonnaise , salt & pepper. Boil the pasta in water and 1 tsp oil , strain it and add to the curd mixture.
  •  Next add all the veggies and fruits to it.
  • Garnish it with fresh mint leaves and REFRIGERATE for 4-5 hours.
Serve chilled.
