6 : 45 AM : 2 Glasses lukewarm water
8: 00 AM : BREAKFAST : 1 Cup milk / 1 tsp green+ 1 tsp honey +1 green cardamom + 1 stick cinnamon + 2-3 white pepper + ginger boiled in 11/2 cup water reduced to 1cup AND sandwich (1 slice each tomato , cucumber & onion).
